Harrisonburg/Rockingham Free Clinic
This endeavor consisted of a new three-floor addition and the remodeling of an existing one-story structure that was originally used as a retail space with a prior renovation to office spaces. The project was designed as masonry bearing with bar joist floors and roof system. The entire building was renovated and rebuilt. The clinic purchased the adjacent lot, and the three-story addition was placed there. The project doubled the clinical space for the clinic, and tripled the dental space. It also created much more space for volunteers.

Susan Null, Harrisonburg Rockingham Free Clinic Assistant Director, was pleased with the project. “Bill Hieber (superintendent) was phenomenal to work with. We loved him. He did what he said he would do. He always followed through. He communicated well, and was very friendly.”
